1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of two.eroocs.com, a multilingual KEEP ONE game available in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. After Dark, if enabled, is for users 18 and older. Users under 18 should have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

two.eroocs.com is provided for entertainment and personal contemplation only. All titles, tags, read cards, scores, and related content:

  • Do not constitute a psychological test, diagnosis, or evaluation of any kind.
  • Do not constitute professional, psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Are not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.
  • Carry no guarantee of accuracy, applicability, or real-world outcomes.

two.eroocs.com is an independent project for a global audience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any testing body, school, clinic, or employer.

You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on anything you read or experience on this site.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, appropriate purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the game to harass, defame, threaten, or harm anyone.
  • Present questions or results as a real test, diagnosis, or professional evaluation of a person.
  • Submit content that promotes violence, crime, discrimination, harassment, exploitation of minors, or any activity that violates applicable law or public decency.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Service or its question set without written permission.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to overload or abuse the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

4. No Reliance on Results

Titles, tags, and scores are jokes with a score, matched from the choices in a run. You acknowledge that:

  • Results carry no binding meaning and should not be the sole basis for any real-world decision.
  • A left or right tap is not a diagnosis, and a read card is not a verdict about you.
  • A twelve-question flash run and Gauntlet are game formats, not assessments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on two.eroocs.com, including but not limited to text, questions, interface assets, and code, is the property of the two.eroocs.com operators unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share your own result cards for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the question set as if they were your own product without prior written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Your play history is stored only in your browser’s local storage, not as a server-side player account.
  • No account or personal registration is required.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and similar third-party networks. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized ads. You can manage your advertising preferences at https://adssettings.google.com

8. Service Modifications and Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, two.eroocs.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
